Returns & Exchanges
Machines
Once a machine leaves our facility, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. At that point, it’s considered used equipment. We’re always happy to help you choose the right machine before you buy, so please reach out with questions—we want you to feel confident in your decision.
Small Parts & Thread
Small parts, accessories, and thread can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Cancelled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation and restocking fee.
