Our limited lifetime warranty is unique in the industry: it stays with the machine, not the customer. Whether you’re the original owner or buy secondhand, if it’s not user error, we stand behind it. The warranty is included at no additional cost with every machine we sell.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers all internal components of sewing and cutting machines, including:

Castings
Shafts, bushings, and bearings
Connecting rods and linkage
Handwheel
Cams
All other internal mechanical parts

Any machinery with factory defects will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Leather Machine Co. LLC will make the determination.

Coverage Terms

Sewing & Cutting Machines

Lifetime coverage on internal components for the mechanical life of the machine, regardless of ownership changes.

Motors

3-year warranty. Motors require regular maintenance and may need replacement due to natural wear from frequent use.

Clickers

Motors carry a 3-year warranty. All other clicker components are covered for 5 years.

Exclusions

Leather Machine Co. LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidents, or natural disasters.
