Thank you for choosing The Leather Machine Co. LLC, home of Cobra® machinery for leather. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all Cobra® machines, whether purchased new or used, provided the machine was originally sold by The Leather Machine Co. LLC or through an authorized dealer.
We warrant that Cobra® machinery is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. If a factory defect is found, the machine or defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charge during the initial warranty period. After the initial warranty period, The Leather Machine Co. LLC will determine, at its discretion, whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
This warranty covers major internal mechanical components, including castings, shafts, bushings, bearings, connecting rods, linkage, handwheels, cams, and other internal parts.
This warranty does not cover normal wearable or consumable parts, including but not limited to needles, bobbins, throat plates, feed dogs, presser feet, belts, bulbs, springs, guides, shuttle hooks, bobbin cases, tension assemblies, knives, or blades.
All motors are covered by a separate 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or acts of nature (including floods, fires, or other natural disasters).
Proof of purchase or machine identification is required for all warranty claims. Warranty service must be authorized by The Leather Machine Co. LLC prior to any repair or return.
