Leather Machine Co is always seeking to improve and as such all of our equipment is subject to change without notice.
Return/refund policy:
All sales are final unless:
At Leather Machine Co., Inc’s discretion, we shall decide if it is in the best interest of both parties to exchange, upgrade, or return the merchandise. If a return is approved Leather Machine Co.Inc shall decide the value of the returned merchandise upon arrival. Please note that any equipment that is returned is, by law, considered a used machine. All return shipping costs must be absorbed by the customer.
The consumer (shipper) must make necessary arrangements to return the merchandise to Leather Machine Co., Inc. including insurance. Leather Machine Co., Inc. will assist if possible. If returned merchandise is damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the consumer to cover these expenses. The consumer can file a claim against the freight co. for reimbursement if they choose to.
Shipping:
Leather Machine Co., Inc. uses R& L Carriers for all shipping.
If the merchandise is damaged in shipment from the Leather Machine Co., Inc. warehouse to the buyer, then Leather Machine Co., Inc. will exchange, replace, or repair the merchandise at no charge to the buyer. All damage claims MUST be reported to Leather Machine immediately. While we ship in a very timely manner and request R & L Carriers to contact each and every customer prior to delivery, we are not responsible for any delivery delays or other failures on the part of R & L although we will always do our best to rectify any unfortunate situation.

Leather Machine Co., Inc. is not responsible for any acts of nature, or natural disasters, including weather related incidents of any kind that may delay delivery of merchandise, from our suppliers, or to the customer. This also includes the Customs Division of Homeland Security.
